How to Request an Exchange

To process your request quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Contact us via email or phone as soon as you receive your package.

  2. Provide Photos: We require clear, high-resolution photos of the following:

    • The overall package.

    • A close-up of the Shipping Label.

    • A clear photo of the Packing Slip.

  3. Order Number: Include your order number in your email along with all the required photos.

Important Note: We cannot process any exchange or claim without a clear photo of the Packing Slip.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or amend your order anytime between the point of purchase and the time of dispatch. Please note that a 10% surcharge applies to all cancellations.
